I want this place!! No, I changed my mind. Lets look at others...Who can do this frustrating job? Finally, I came back to my little place that I call "The Farm"and purchased it. "The Farm" is a manufactured home on 2 acres, and it is heaven. Getting certain documents was a nightmare. the previous owners did not follow certain requirements and had not done registration and licensing. All was completed and all was finally accomplished. Then I get a letter from Pasco county with a $8,000. dollar lien on my farm. I called everywhere went to title office, tax office and to Stephanie!!!. This was the second time I had to get her involved as title company charged $660.00 for part of tabs that should have been included in sale and now this. She called and it got corrected. Over and ABOVE!!! She has guided me to title and tax offices long after sale had closed. Her love and dedication to her position, not job, is above all I have ever experienced. The Best....
