Hello all, My wife and I were first time home buyers and decided to reach out to Stephanie. From the very start she wanted to know about us and the background we came from to develop a good working relationship. Everytime we had a question she had the answer and was always lighting fast with a response. We only had 2 days available for house hunting and she was able to show us about 20-25 homes in about a 7 hour time frame. My niece and nephew-in-laws sold and bought a home with Stephanie's assistance and they referred Stephanie to my wife and I. We were on the buying end since we had already sold our home out of state. Stephanie was great to work with and was a tireless worker on our behalf. Her knowledge of the buying process is outstanding and helped us a great deal as we had little knowledge of the inspections required and of local market conditions. Stephanie does a really nice job of helping just enough to be non-intrusive. She would let us know what decisions need to be made when, but did not steer us in any way. We used her website extensively prior to meeting with her in person. This was important to us because we were living out of state in a different time zone. The process of looking online, with Stephanie's useful filters, and finally traveling with Stephanie to look at the houses we narrowed down from the online search was very effective. We ended up up under contract during our several day visit to the Tampa area. I should note that Stephanie made herself very available to us while we were in Tampa for just a few days. In the end, we found our dream retirement home and cannot wait to be there full-time. We now consider Stephanie a friend first and our realtor second.

Stephane isn't afraid to work long hours, to answer all of your questions, to give u advice on what to do when selling your home, to use an awesome photographer who absolutely makes your home bling online. We've used Stephanie when moving to Florida and we definitely used her again when we had to sell for a job transfer. (With an office on North Dale Mabry Hwy, not far from Gaither H.S., she happily handles both counties.) Stephanie accommodated my schedule, she offered suggestions, she returned emails & phone calls almost IMMEDIATELY (a HUGE plus), & she helped w/ every problem that arose w/ my home loan company, the home inspector, the seller, etc. She even facilitated my purchase of some of the home owner's furniture. This woman is an amazing realtor! She offered to help me in numerous ways, stayed ahead of the entire buying process, & got me out of a jam when my bank caused some last minute issues that would have delayed the closing date. She also offered to send men to remove all my unpacked boxes after my move (@ no cost to me). You cannot go wrong w/ this woman. Should I ever sell (and/or buy again), I can think of no other realtor I would use. When selling, she even makes sure to have professional photos taken of the home to ensure the property will sell quickly & well.
