Have been a realtor full time since 2002. Started in real estate when ShortSales were heavy in the market. In 2008 added additional focus to both buyers and sellers in addition to the shortsales that had previously been my main focus. My designations include CRS, Accredited Buyer's Representative, RESA® Certified Staging Advocate™ (RESA® CSA™) designation, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®)
David is a Florida native with a deep love for music — he plays guitar, enjoys attending EDM shows, and even shuffle dances for fun! He spent a few years living in Toronto, which gave him a broader perspective before returning to his home state. With a passion for both business and real estate, David has run his own reseller and marketing ventures, always driven by innovation and growth. One of his long-term dreams is to work on skyscraper development projects.
David holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning and has experience working with several local institutions, including the City of Largo, New Port Richey, and the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council. He also holds a certification in Community Real Estate Development and has contributed to mixed-use development projects. His combined passion for real estate and urban growth fuels his desire to make a lasting impact in the communities he serves.
He’s especially passionate about helping buyers become first-time homeowners and is eager to focus on real estate opportunities in downtown areas.

I am a Certified Home Stager. I started my career working as a Lead Stager for 6 years, for one of the largest home staging companies in the Tampa area, staging homes for real-estate agents, flippers, investors, and homeowners.
I am also a Creative Set Stylist for the Home Shopping Network, staging the sets for the live shows airing on TV, for going on 8 years now.
I take this experience, which keeps me in tune with current decorating trends, and apply it to helping homeowners get their homes ready to go on the market through both suggestions and fresh, stylish stagings.
