Stephanie LeFew has been a full-time real estate professional since 2002, bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience serving both buyers and sellers. She began her career during the height of the short sale market, quickly developing deep expertise in complex transactions and distressed property solutions. By 2008, Stephanie expanded her focus to include traditional buyers and sellers, building a well-rounded practice grounded in strong negotiation, strategic pricing, and client advocacy. Stephanie does business predominately in these 6 counties - Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, Polk, Marion Counties.

I am a Certified Home Stager. I started my career working as a Lead Stager for 6 years, for one of the largest home staging companies in the Tampa area, staging homes for real-estate agents, flippers, investors, and homeowners.
I am also a Creative Set Stylist for the Home Shopping Network, staging the sets for the live shows airing on TV, for going on 8 years now.
I take this experience, which keeps me in tune with current decorating trends, and apply it to helping homeowners get their homes ready to go on the market through both suggestions and fresh, stylish stagings.
